EXIT PLANNING COURSE 22 – 23 OCTOBER 2015

As an experienced business owner you’ve mastered the skills needed to be successful. But if you could have learned those skills upfront, right at the start how much time would it have saved and how much more money could you have made? When it comes to preparing to sell your business, this course will give you the skills you need to achieve a successful and profitable exit. During 7 interactive workshops led by experienced advisers from Evolution CBS, Coutts & Co. and Enhancing Clarity, we’ll share the secrets and insiders methods of selling a business, explain the essentials of exit planning and show you how to prepare an exit plan that will both meet your personal objectives and add quantifiable value to probably your biggest asset – your business.

Hotel

 

The event will be held at The Lingfield Marriott Hotel and Country Club in Surrey.

  

The workshops will run from 10.00 until 17.00 on the first day and 10.00 until 16.00 on the second day but outside of those times you will be able to enjoy some of the leisure activities provided by the hotel, including an 18 hole championship golf course and a fully equipped Gym and a Spa that includes four treatment rooms, a pool, whirlpool bath, sauna, steam & relaxation rooms.

Workshop 7The Art of Negotiation – training on negotiation techniques that will enable you to negotiate the best deal
 RESERVATIONS

This is a fully inclusive residential course and the price includes 7 workshops, course materials, one night’s accommodation and all meals. A 25% deposit is required to secure a place. We’re offering a generous discount for bookings received by 1st September.

 Use of the gym and spa facilities, excluding treatments, are also included. Golf and Spa Treatments are extra.

Rob is Managing Director of Evolution CBS and an experienced, astute businessman. He has spent more than 30 years working at senior level in Financial Services, Commercial Banking, Insurance. For the last 12 years Rob has worked exclusively in Mergers & Acquisitions.

In the Business-to-Business arena, his skills include Management Consultancy, Sales and Marketing. He is author of the business book, The 11 Commandments and 7 Cardinal Sins of Selling a Business.

Rob has been responsible for the sale of 320 SME businesses, representing more than £2 billion in transaction values.

His experience and unique blend of skills enables him to advise and assist business owners at every stage of the business sale cycle. From growth to exit planning, including planning for investment funding and strategic value creation, through to achieving successful sales for maximum value, clients benefit from his professional and pragmatic approach.

Rob is a family man and outside of work, is passionate about F1 racing, theatre and watching his beloved Arsenal FC.

Mark is an Executive Director for Coutts & Co.,  responsible for running the team of Private Bankers in the Coutts Entrepreneurs Client Group.

He has 25 years experience in the Wealth Management arena and has been working with Entrepreneur clients and their trusted teams of advisers for the last 15 years.

Mark is a part of the Cranfield Business School alumni having been trained at Cranfield and has sat on the panel of advisors on Cranfield’s Business Growth and Development Programme.
