About the Venue

Located in London’s Covent Garden, London Transport Museum explores the story of London and its transport system over the last 200 years, highlighting the powerful link between transport and the growth of modern London, culture and society since 1800. As well as exploring the past, the Museum looks at present-day transport developments and concepts for urban transportation in the future.

The nearest train stations are Charing Cross and Waterloo. The nearest tube stations are  Covent Garden (2 mins), Leicester Square (4 mins), Holborn (5 mins), Charing Cross (7 mins) and Embankment (8 mins).

Steve Barry, Senior Client Director

Described as both “transformational” & “inspirational” Steve can evidence outstanding expertise in leading from the front to deliver business transformation, turnaround, post-acquisition integration and structured growth. He has worked extensively with UK SMB, mid-corporate and Public Sectors organisations in Financial Services, Technology, Manufacturing and Distribution.

His extensive experience in business, exceptional negotiating skills and unique combination of leadership, passion, enthusiasm and energy makes him our most successful Client Director, achieving a 92% conversion rate from Heads of Terms to Completion.

Nolan John, Research and Marketing Manager

Nolan is an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions professional with nearly 20 years’ experience of deal making in the UK, including cross border transactions.

With core expertise in M&A Research and transaction Project Management, he has worked on hundreds of company sale projects, predominantly for UK SMEs and the lower Mid Market.

An experienced Content Marketer, Nolan also enjoys blogging and social media marketing.  He has an undergraduate degree from Leicester University and a post grad from Nottingham Law School.

Kay Binns, Research Director

Kay is an experienced Researcher and Marketeer, with extensive experience in corporate and product marketing, corporate communications and market research.

With more than 20 years’ experience at executive level in mid-market Technology, Manufacturing and Engineering companies she has 11 years experience in the Mergers & Acquisitions industry.

She heads up EvolutionCBS research team, writing the Information Memoranda and curating lists of potential buyers for our Clients’ businesses and providing research based content for the marketing team.
