Mike is a seasoned Director with 20 years’ experience across multiple industries, successfully shaping and deploying strategy and delivering business value. An experienced c-level negotiator, problem solver and strategist, Mike initially joined EvolutionCBS as a Senior Client Director where he led a significant number of multi-million-pound deals and projects to a successful conclusion, delivering outstanding outcomes for his clients.

Prior to joining EvolutionCBS, Mike had spent 15 years employed in the fast-paced world of Information Technology, working with some of the largest global brands.

Steve Barry, Senior Client Director

With approaching 30 years’ proven success as a transformational business leader, he can evidence outstanding expertise in leading from the front to deliver business transformation, turnaround, post-acquisition integration and structured growth.

He is justifiably proud of his current 92% Conversion Rate from Heads of Terms to Completion (across a total of 17 transactions in the last 4 years) and an average deal size approaching £13m reflecting delivery of almost 10 times pre-adjusted earnings for his clients.

Kay Binns, Research Director

Kay has 10 years experience in the M&A industry, following more than 20 years experience working at executive level in mid-market Technology, Manufacturing and Engineering companies.

An experienced research analyst, she provides industry data and insights for the EvolutionCBS team and for Clients. She is also responsible for identifying potential buyers for our Client’s businesses and for preparing the Information Memoranda.
