Nolan is an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions professional with nearly 20 years’ experience of deal making in the UK, including cross border transactions.

With core expertise in M&A Research and transaction Project Management, he has worked on hundreds of company sale projects, predominantly for UK SMEs and the lower Mid Market.

An experienced Content Marketer, Nolan also enjoys blogging and social media marketing.  He has an undergraduate degree from Leicester University and a post grad from Nottingham Law School, and enjoys regular Yoga practice.
