EvolutionCBS advised the shareholders of C&C Vehicle Services on its sale to Steer Automotive Group.

Established in 1986, C&C Vehicle Services has grown successfully and developed a class leading reputation, providing repair and refurbishment services for commercial vehicles and trailer units from 3.5 tonnes through to 44 tonnes. With over 35 years’ experience, C&C works with a customer portfolio spanning retail, logistics, waste management as well as leading insurers and commercial fleet managers.

The Company has five sites spread nationally along major traffic routes with plans to grow the footprint.
