EvolutionCBS first worked with data centre services specialist IDS when it represented the business in its sale to Sterlite Technologies in September 2019.

In October 2022, as part of its unified strategy to focus on its main business sectors of optical solutions and global services, Sterlite Technologies Limited completed the disposal IDS to Hexatronic Group AB.

Hexatronic Group AB, offers leading-edge fibre technology and solutions, including a complete range of passive fibre optic infrastructure and related products, solutions, and services. The acquisition broadens Hexatronic’s offering within the data centre market and takes the offering into EMEA. IDS will work closely with US-based Data Center Systems (“DCS”) which Hexatronic acquired in September 2021.
