Industrial door specialists Bi-Fold Rolfe acquired by European entrance systems organisation ENTRO Service GmbH.

ENTRO Service GmbH, a leading German group specialising in entrance and fire protection, has completed the acquisition of Bi-Fold Rolfe, a UK entrance products supplier in a cross-border deal advised by EvolutionCBS.

Bi-Fold Rolfe is a long-established supplier of industrial and security doors, gates, and related products. Its large customer base includes the MoD, Local Authorities, Fire Services and Commercial/Industrial organisations operating in the South and Central areas of the U.K.

ENTRO Service GmbH, with revenues exceeding €50 million in its German operations, is a leading provider of entrance and access solutions, fire protection, and security systems. The group addresses central challenges for owners, employees, customers, and suppliers through strategic partnerships and investments in profitable medium-sized companies.

Founded by entrepreneurs with the aim of creating a Europe-wide, integrated service platform in entrance systems, fire protection, and security technology (www.entro-service.de), ENTRO is strengthening its position as a holistic solution provider.
